Mayday Vehicle Rentals was founded in September 1995, trading originally as British Car Rentals on a half acre site in Crescent Road, Luton.

The Directors decided to form the company after leaving one of the larger national Car Rental groups. With a combined industry experience of over fifty years it was felt that the time was right to use this experience to provide a quality vehicle rental service at a cost effective price.  

As the business has grown, locations now include Luton, Bedford and Enfield, offering the unique Mayday service to local and national business clients as well as individual people moving house or just taking a trip away.
